Project overview:

Hanningan Engineering, Inc. provided complete civil design and surveying services for the client on this project, from the conceptual phase through the approval and construction phases. The project included a new access roadway, with a stormwater management system designed in compliance with the Mass DEP Stormwater Management Policy. Also included with the design of this project is a large community septic system with an advanced treatment system and pressure dosed leaching area. The project is currently still on-going with the construction of the residential condominium buildings proceeding as of late 2007.
